1. Office waste is collected from your site.
2. Your waste is bulked up with other offices waste and delivered to a Waste Processing Plant.
3. The waste is shredded and passed through a magnetic separator to remove any metal from the waste.
4. The remaining waste is then put through a Bio-drying process, reducing the moisture from the waste stream and in turn reducing the weight. The process takes several weeks to complete.
5. Once the Bio-drying process is complete the waste is sieved and separated using air and magnets. This process recovers recyclable material such as plastic, card and cans.
6. The remaining waste goes through a ballistic separator and is recovered into solid fuel.
7. The gas emissions from this process are used to provide electricity.
